• To qualify for the 'Switch To BT Broadband Cashback cheque' offer you must be a residential customer switching from an existing DSL provider (via MAC code only) online to BT Broadband. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. BT Broadband is subject to availability and survey. BT line or similar required. 12 month minimum term. Minimum computer specification. • Orders for Broadband from BT be placed online at http://www.bt.com/broadband/VIR or http://www.bt.com/broadband/WAI by 31st October 2006. Activation must take place by 30th November 2006.



• A cheque will be issued to you within 28 days of your Broadband from BT being installed. The cheque will be made payable to the named Broadband from BT account holder at the billing address you give.



• Only 1 cashback cheque can be redeemed against each Broadband from BT connection.



• Only 1 cashback cheque can be redeemed per household.



• Broadband from BT is subject to technical limitations.



• The introductory lower rental price for monthly rental in months 1-3 will appear as a credit on your first bill. Payment by Direct Debit required.



• BT reserves the right to alter, ammend or foreclose the Switch To BT Broadband Cashback cheque' offer in the event that unforeseen circumstance make this unavoidable.
